CommonLand Solutions is an approved consultant for the VT Housing & Conservation Board's Rural Economic Development Initiative, or REDI. REDI is a program that assists rural and farming communities in the discovery of funds for community and business development.

REDI was the driving force behind the redevelopment of CommonLand portfolio projects including East Calais General Store, Maquam Bay of Missisquoi’s Abenaki Food Pantry, the Town of Ludlow skatepark, and the Town of Salisbury Town Hall/Salisbury Free Library.

CommonLand Solutions assembles all of the pieces of project development to launch new initiatives and form lasting benefits to individuals, neighborhoods, and communities.
